| Our service is very affordable compared to what a web design company would charge or the time and resources it would take to create web payment pages within your organization. We do not charge a setup fee for basic web payment pages. Vanco will provide a price quote if additional customization is needed beyond the basic payment pages. |

| Can we list various funds on the web payment pages? |
| Absolutely! You can easily add any fund name to the web payment pages. Just tell us the name of the fund and we will list it on the web payment page for you.

| Can we accept one-time purchases where the dollar amount is fixed? |
| Yes, you can accept one-time payments with a fixed dollar amount for camps, workshops, classes, etc. Simply let us know the name of the purchase item (e.g. Summer Camp) along with the fixed dollar amount and we will add it to the web payment pages for you. |

| Do my donors get receipts? |
| A confirmation page appears after a payment is submitted. An individual donor can print the confirmation page for proof of his or her donation. Vanco can also send an email confirmation if a donor provides a valid email address. |

| Can we accept credit and debit cards via our website? |
| Yes. The type of payment that you can accept on your website depends on which payment processing solutions your organization utilizes. For example, you can accept card payments if you have signed up for our Credit & Debit Card solution. You can also accept payments directly from checking and saving accounts if you have signed up for our Direct Debit solution. |
